Club Management

The club is organised into two sections – Youth Football which covers ages from the feeder Group to Under 17’s. The other section is the Adult Football.

The club operates a management committee which meets monthly and consists of the officers of the cliub and all managers are requred to attend, or send a representative from their team.

The senior officers of the club are:

Chairman: Mike Smith

Club Secretary: Graham Smith

Mini Teams Directors: Michael Perkins & Paul Weston

Youth Teams Directors: Clive Davies & Antony Richmond

The main purpose of the management committee is to act as a communication forum and decide on operating matters. Mangers are encouraged to bring problems/issues that they have encountered during the season to the managers meeting for review.

It is emphasised that it is very important for managers to attend the monthly meetings as it is the main forum for communicating/discussing issues relating to Oxshott Royals.

Meetings are always held at the Oxshott Village Sports Club at 8pm. The Chairman will advise re details of each meeting.

The club holds an annual general meeting each year, at a separate location.
