We are looking for one or two people who can come to the hourly manager meetings held once a month (normally the first Monday at 8pm in Oxshott) and by being there progress and maintain our records on:
- CRB checks for each manager (and coaching assistant as appropriate)
- First Aiders for each Team
- FA Coaching qualification (Level 1) for all managers
- Ensuring all managers are familiar with the Club’s “General Guidelines in the Care of Children and Young People”
Child Protection is a priority for all of us and Oxshott Royals needs to have one or more appointed Child Protection Officers (CPOs) who have been accepted as delegates for processing CRB check applications via The Football Association (FA).
All Team Managers and any coaching assistants are expected to file a mandatory CRB application to maintain their current status.
Rob Gupta has held this role until now but owing to other commitments now needs to pass the baton to someone else!
