U5/6 Mini-Kickers

It has been recognised that the 4 to 11 age bracket is where a coach can have a significant positive impact on technique, movement, coordination skills and decision making.  In partnership with our professional coaching providers, Ultimate Coaching, Oxshott Royals offers age appropriate coaching and a philosophy that will enable girls and boys at the Club to maximise their potential and develop confidence.  At our Mini-Kickers programme, we aim to:

- Provide opportunities to improve technical skills, agility and speed
- Develop children socially through structured team activities building confidence to perform, compete and interact
- Introduce children to fun practices and games that will not only improve technique and decision making, but also encourage creativity and risk taking.
- Nurture future talent and allow players to fulfil their potential at Oxshott Royals FC.

The coaching development team are at least UEFA/FA Level 3 qualified and/or hold the new FA Youth awards.  The staff have experience within professional football clubs and run their own elite model providing a football pathway for all children.  At our Mini-Kickers we believe in monitoring, assessing and rewarding players.  Your child will be given an opportunity to perform, succeed and thrive within a friendly club environment.  Mini-Kickers is a perfect environment that prepares children for our U7 teams and beyond.
